The main physics program of the CERN Super Proton Synchrotron (SPS) is dedicated to fixed target experiments hosted in North experimental Area (NA). Protons are delivered NA via third-integer resonant slow extraction over an almost 5 s flattop. In order maximize usable intensity experiments, flux extracted particles should be kept as constant possible. This a very general requirement for served by synchrotrons. Power supply ripples well-known issue extraction, affecting quality spill. A long-standing effort ongoing at characterize SPS frequency response its power supplies. this paper, beam dynamics simulations employed understand and process, combined with based measurements.
